I understand what you are asking, but it isn’t possible for us to make it like this. It is simply because each row of the CSV would represent a single submission.
But we do ask you (in the first page of the CSV wizard) for row and options delimiters, using which the rows/columns are concatenated. So in your statistics software, you can apply the same to separate those.
