Yes it is possible now.
1. With the autosave feature, when user leaves and comes back, they are presented with the tab they left.
2. If user clicks on a previous tab, then s/he is immediately taken back to it.
3. If user clicks on a next tab, then s/he is taken to the next possible active tab if the current one validates.
4. There is an element you will find inside Design Elements > Container button, which you can add to jump to any tab invalidating the rules above.
