Scoring quizzes and surfacing content to users based on quiz outcome

Hi

I’ve been creating a few quizzes on eform as pat of the training process for our app. I’d like to do the following:

– Score my quizzes
– And surface content to quiz users depending on their scores. This needs to happen immediately after the quiz.

for eg. if someone scored 8/10, let them know they’ve passed and that they can move on to the next stage. Or if someone scored 5/10, let them know they need more practice before moving forward.

Is there some conditional logic I can use to do this currently on your platform
