This definitely is a conflict. Please try a compatibility test. When I opened this page directly http://www.skeyonlab.com/webinars/#ipt-fsqm-popup-form-7 (note the hashtag at the end of the URL), the popup opened and stayed. But when clicking on the anchor button, the popup closes. So some script from theme or plugin is listening to and changing default events the way it shouldn’t.
To know exactly which one is causing conflict, please follow the steps.
- Please deactivate all your plugins except our plugin.
- Check to see if the problem is gone.
- If the problem is gone then please activate your plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
- Otherwise, please switch to a default theme and see the problem is still there.
