Hi, as stated in our support policy, we do not provide compatibility support. The reason is very simple. There are thousands of WP themes out there with their own CSS structure. Some follow WP guideline, which plays nice with eForm and most of other plugins out there, whereas some doesn’t follow WP guideline, which breaks eForm and many other plugins too. It would become a never ending job to inspect and provide custom fixes for every theme out there. From your support query and the screenshots, it seemed that a lot of plugin UI elements were being overridden by theme CSS which would require hours of work to fix. That is why I asked you to get a paid service, which would be beneficial for both of us.
