The problem is likely due to conflict with other plugins and/or themes. Please follow these steps to identify the culprit.
- Please deactivate all your plugins except our plugin.
- Check to see if the problem is gone.
- If the problem is gone then please activate your plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
- Otherwise, please switch to a default theme and see the problem is still there.
If the methods above failed, then please let me know.
My guess is that some plugin or theme is making the table “responsive” by cutting off rows and columns. You need to find the conflict.
