How can I add the user portal shortcode to a php file using do_shortcode?

Hi.

I’m trying to add a user portal shortcode to a tab inside buddypress user profile page. I’m using the function do_shortcode, the shortcode seems to work, I can see the spinner loading, but it never loads the user portal page. In the console I´m getting this (see captures). Can you help me with this?
