Sorry to tell you all of that, but in my opinion, you really NEED to first solve problems with your clients, before do anything more.
Your new “features” are cool, but not interesting for many users, as many just want a simple and proper extract of the datas of your forms.
This is a really important thing to do, before all, to have a good support (support is here to solve problems when you hear one of your client, not to just wait and wait 1 year without any solutions, u know…).
thanks for your understanding, and we are really waiting your feedback regarding this case. We have a lot of clients, and many wants things like you do, but with proper support and solution. If it works, so then, we can continue to work with you. We all “win” if the support is good in the understanding of your clients needs.
