1. Shortcodes inside success message wouldn’t work. Because it is loaded via ajax and if a shortcode produces more than just simple HTML then it wouldn’t render. However, if you must, then please add this code inside your theme’s functions.php file or put it as a separate plugin. https://iptlabz.com/snippets/19
2. Downloadable PDFs are generated through Exporter add-on. https://iptms.co/eformexp While it isn’t possible to give a link on the success message itself, you can however, attach the PDF in user notification email and on the trackback page. More information here:
