Invalid ID – Please check the code

Hello,

I need a form juste with 4 informations “lastname, firsname, email, address”.

When I try to create a new form, If I save, nothing is saved.

If I preview, I have this error :

Invalid ID – Please check the code

I have already try to desactivate all plugins, and same issue.

My PHP info :

max_input_vars = 16000
