The issue is definitely coming from multiple enqueue of google location script.
I do not know the script handle from your theme, so I am providing you a code to remove script from FSQM. It will definitely remove the script enqueue from our plugin but I do not know for sure if it will work or not. Please place the source code in your theme’s functions.php file or something similar.
