Auto Populate fields based on user choice

Hello,

I need an auto-populate function but not sure if  I can do it with this plugin.

Use case:  Athletic Bag ordering form. User selects “organization A” from pulldown. Other fields (side color, webbing color, zipper color, etc) all fill in with the proper  pre-determined values based on the user’s choice.

Possible?  And if so, could there be a way to import a CSV to fill in all the data so it’s not so tedious to do manually?
