I sent a support request yesterday. I’m still waiting for a reply to the issue.
1. Uploaded the plugin & getting a 500 server error
2. Created a phpinfo file to check server config. Host doesn’t seem to provide support for suhosin.post.max_vars as outlined in your requirements doc (see http://verve-academy.com/phpinfo.php)
3. I’ve opened a support request with the hosting provider and sent them your system requirements and waiting for them to get back to me.
4. I’ve noticed someone else experiencing a 500 internal server error on this forum and checked the release date for the plugin and seen it was updated a few days ago. Wondering if it’s the host or if there’s just a flaw in the deployment of the plugin.
Would appreciate any assistance at this point as I’m waiting on this plugin to launch a feedback contest to rename the project.
