500 internal server error

Hi just bought the plugin as it looked great and had lots of great reviews… im just wondering if you can provide support with a 500 internal server error that is happening when i activate the plugin my site contiunes to work but i am unable to access the wordpress dashboard

i have deactiavted the plugin for now but i will need it asap thanks

any ideas? common issues?
