I have changed the opacity back to 1 from the custom css file. I was hoping to remove the white background only from the form but could not figure it out do far. However, the issues with the form are as follows:
1. My username and my email is showing in the name and email fields of the form by default which I find quite odd and do not know why is your plugin doing that. Can you please tell me fix for it or correct it for me?
2. with each submission of an individual page of the form the form scrolls up the entire page which I must find a way to stop. Can you please correct this also?
3. Another HUGE problem is that when you view the form on a device with a smaller sized screen, the form appears a single vertical line. Can you make the form responsive please?
