Embed form on mobile redirect to site

hi!

i just bought the plugin and I’m using it to embed a form to an external site, they promote our survey, and we collect the data on our site.

On desktop it’s ok, but when I go to the web page on mobile, like phone or tablet, the link redirect to our site, it’s possible to avoid? We need to hide our name and keep it secret, because it can condition the user answer.
